 1) Where do your clothes come from?

Our clothes come from local parents whose kids have out-growned or never worn them.

2) What condition are your clothes in?

All items on our store are in either new, like-new or excellent gently-used condition. Items in the E&A outlet have minor defects otherwise are in salable/wearable condition. We carefully inspect each item under special lighting.

We check each item for the following:

    • In style
    • Working zippers
    • Pilling
    • Stains
    • Holes
    • Tears/Rips
    • Fading/Discoloring 

3) What brands do you sell on your online store?

We only carry quality brands that you know and trust. You can find brands like Crewscut, Gap, Gymboree, Tea, Burberry, DKNY, Old Navy, Ralph Lauren, Nordstrom and the like on our online store.

4) What kinds of payment do you accept?

We accept all forms of major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

5) Is it safe to buy on your site?

Yes! We use PayPal as payment gateway so it's very secure.

6) Can I return the items bought from you?

All products are sold “as is”. You assume the responsibility for your purchase, and no refunds will be issued.
